Mr. Chen Xianwang from the School of Media and Art Design led students who entered the final in a impromptu defense
With the support of the leaders of the School of Media and Art Design and the joint efforts of teachers and students, the students of our school have achieved excellent results in the 11th National College Students Advertising Art Competition, and won 1 National Second Prize and 1 National Excellence Award respectively; 1 Provincial Second Prize, 1 Provincial Third Prize and 7 provincial Excellent Prizes. Their fruitful results in the contest is attributed to nearly half a year's preparation, from interpreting the competition proposition strategy to the in the course of “Creative Design of Advertising”, following the principle of “promoting teaching through competition” through combination with field practice.
The Contest is called the National College Students Advertising Art Contest. It is currently the largest and most authoritative advertising and advertising design and communication platform for colleges and universities in China. It is a national college liberal arts competition co-sponsored by the Advertising Education Professional Committee of the Chinese Higher Education Society and hosted by top universities in the field. It is by far the nation's largest, covers a wide range of colleges and universities, has a large number of teacher and student participants, and is a national level college student event. Since the first contest was held in 2005, ten competitions have been successfully held. More than 1,300 universities across the country have participated in it. Hundreds of thousands of students have submitted works, forming a stable, mature, and large-scale competition.
